We provide the best care to the elderly and disabled throughout the province of Leinster.
All staff have completed the FETAC level five course and receive in house training on an on going basis in practical care skills and manual handling so as to provide safe and professional care. All staff are monitored on a frequent basis by Kare Plans supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Never left Unattended
We provide a telephone monitoring system for staff to clock in and out of a clients home. This ensures all clients receive care at the rostered times and no client is never left unattended.
When we are not feeling well, all anyone wants is to be at home with their own surroundings and in the comfort of their own bed. Family members can come visit and stay giving reassurance to their loved ones, also in the case where an elderly spouse is at home they are not separated.
It has been proven that people heal much faster at home. Home care is less expensive than a Nursing Home. Home care gives patients the freedom to live their lives as indepent as they wish

When do I need to
introduce Home Care?
Is your loved one unsteady on their feet or suffering with poor mobility? Is your loved one becoming forgetful? Can they look after their home as good as before? Are they showering /bathing and changing their clothes regularly? Are they suffering from incontinence? Do you feel your loved one is a risk to themselves at home due to forgetfulness or bad mobility?
Are they unable to get around like they used to EXAMPLE go to the shops/doctors/appointments? Is your loved one suffering with poor vision or hearing? Is your loved one taking their medication as prescribed to them at the correct times? Have you noticed any irregular changes in your loved one or signs of burn marks on pots/pans/furniture or clothes? If you are feeling concerned about any of the above maybe its time to consider home care.

Mrs A. Smith,
To whom it may concern I have had a carer for 1 1/2 years. They have never had any problems with the company. They provided me with many things, such as tablets, my diabetes, putting me into bed, change my clothes, make my dinners, breakfast, also they walk as my legs can not stand properly, I need assistance to get my wheelchair. I have a 24 hour service and this is second to none, which reassures me I am safe. All I need is pick up the phone and somebody will come to me. I do not want to change this (company) as I am satisfied with every aspect that they provide to me. Thank you and God Bless.
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to put on record our appreciation of the excellent service which Leonard provided my father during his illness. My father passed away on 4 June 2007 after returning home from Beaumont Hospital on being advised that he was terminally ill. Leonard looked after him for the four weeks up to the time of his passing. My father looked on him as his Guardian Angel during this time and he was an immense suport both to my father and to the rest of the family during his final days. Without him Dad would have been unable to fulfil his wish to die at home. I should be grateful if you would pass on our family’s appreciation once again to Leonard. He is a very gifted individual in a carer capacity and we wish him every success for the future. Yours faithfully,
To Whom It May Concern, On our recent visit from the US to Dublin, we hired Health Aide Steven Jules. He did a very good job. He was always on time. He was always cheerful. He was always very eager to please. We would recommend him to anyone needing assistance. Sincerely,
